During his time at Diamond Shield, Seeler has tripled the growth of its customer service team and grown the retail segment by 30% the company says. He ascended quickly at the company from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Manager and now National Service Manager. He stayed focused on the company’s long term goals and did not let “all the outside noise” distract him. He has been an excellent example to his team and has helped many others stay collected during uncertain and overwhelming times.
