All shipments will be made using FedEx Ground within the contiguous United States.

• Service days: Monday-Friday

• Exceptions: Cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders outside the contiguous U.S. must be placed by phone at 888-806-5862.

RETURN POLICY
The buyer must recognize that all Diamond Shield pre-cut kits are custom manufactured after an order is placed. Other than a product defect or incorrect shipment (wrong part number, missing parts) requests for returns are normally not allowed.

If you have damaged a portion of the kit and would like to replace just that piece, contact us and we will replace at a per piece cost plus the shipping.

 

Due to the nature of paint protection film (PPF) bulk rolls, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.


TERMS & CONDITIONS
Diamond Shield makes every possible effort to ensure that all precut kits have been measured, and designed to fit the specific make and model advertised. A professional installation does require some skill on the part of the installer, for which Diamond Shield cannot be held accountable.

Customers are strongly encouraged to watch the installation videos prior to attempting to install the kit. If you have any questions, please call us @ 888.806.5862. The purchase and use of Diamond Shield precut kits are done so at the buyer's risk.
